How Booking, Training & Submissions Work
DJ Xhlo provides professional DJ services, training, and music review services. To keep everything clear,
consistent, and respectful of everyone’s time, all services operate under a single Master Services Agreement,
with service-specific addendums where applicable.
The Simple Version (No Legal Jargon)
When you book, submit, or purchase a service from DJ Xhlo:
- ✔️ Your payment confirms your agreement to the applicable terms
- ✔️ Each service has clear expectations and boundaries
- ✔️ No guarantees are implied unless explicitly stated
- ✔️ All services are discretionary and professional
What Agreement Applies to You?
All services fall under one Master Services Agreement, with the following addendums depending on the service selected:
Applies to: Weddings • Corporate events • Nightlife • Private bookings
Includes: Performance terms • Deposits & cancellations • Event responsibilities
Applies to: Senior centers • Assisted living communities • Recurring or group programming
Includes: Community-friendly performance standards • Facility coordination terms • Discounted hourly structure
Applies to: In-person lessons • Virtual training sessions • Add-on recordings
Includes: Educational use terms • No guarantees of outcomes • Recording usage guidelines
Applies to: Paid track submissions • DJ review & consideration
Includes: Paid consideration only • No guarantee of play/promo • DJ discretion on selection and usage
