1. Introduction

Welcome to DJ Xhlo’s Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

DJ Xhlo offers DJ services for various events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, clubs, schools, and nursing homes. Details of our services, including pricing, availability, and booking procedures, are provided on our website.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
  • Payment: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability and potential additional fees.

5. Event Requirements

  • Venue Requirements: You must ensure that the venue is suitable for DJ equipment and meets safety standards. DJ Xhlo is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate venue facilities.
  • Access and Setup: DJ Xhlo requires access to the venue at least 2 hours before the event for setup. If additional setup time is needed, this should be arranged in advance.

6. Service Changes

  • Changes: The DJ will provide services as outlined in the booking agreement. Any changes to the event details or services must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event.

7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: DJ Xhlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the event in question.
  • Force Majeure: DJ Xhlo is not responsible for failure to perform services due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Damages and Injuries: The DJ is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of DJ Xhlo and may not be used without our express permission.
  • Usage Rights: By booking our services, you grant DJ Xhlo the right to use images and videos of the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

9. Privacy
